18 years old and from Birmingham Alabama, Rachel Sampson is a freshman doing Pre-Nursing/Pre-Med with a minor in psychology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She founded two organizations: The Deficiency Doctor and Her Circle. Her goal is to advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves and to make interpersonal spaces about this difficult topic. Rachel believes in Autisma’s mission because “there should be accessibility made for those on the autism spectrum just as those without the autism spectrum.”
